It was a distinct honor to welcome Evangelist Milton Martin, Jr. to White Oak for the very first time in 2007.  He was used mightily by the Lord in two powerful services on Miracle Sunday following our annual 21 Day fast in January.  Many people were impacted by the Holy Ghost as he ministered and prayed for the needs of the people.  Words of knowledge, encouragement and direction changed the lives of many people.  Numerous physical, emotional and spiritual healings were received during the altar services.  A lady in our church who had been deaf in one ear since childhood was healed instantly and continues to hear normally in that ear today.  A gentleman in our church had experienced constant ringing in his ears all of his adult life and was healed instantly.  Because of Brother Martin’s submission to the anointing of the Holy Ghost, we truly experienced a Miracle Sunday in 2007 and we are pleased to welcome him back in 2008!

I am also honored to know Milton Martin as a friend and brother in ministry.  Jennifer and I have known Milton and Lynn for many years, and have had the privilege of worshiping and ministering together on numerous occasions.  Sixteen years ago he spoke prophetically to my wife and she was instantly healed of a back injury, due to a fall.  I have always observed the same humility, Christian character and burning desire in him for Kingdom building that I see today.  Without reservation I can recommend him to any pastor for Sunday services, revivals or special conferences.  I am confident he will be used of the Lord to minister specifically to any church and community.

Milton, thanks for all you do to enlarge the Kingdom and for the blessing you are to our lives.  Jennifer and I look forward to our next opportunity for ministry and fellowship.

Senior Pastor

November 2004, the night before Thanksgiving about 10:30 P.M., I came home from work, as I came through the door, I saw a bag of trash that needed to be taken out.  I walked around it, took off my coat and said to myself guess I'll get started doing some cooking for tomorrow.

That trash was looking at me, I thought I'll just taken it out real fast  to make more room in the kitchen.  That still small voice said "don't go out side."

So I walked a around that trash, got out the ingredients to bake a cake.  That trash was in the way.  So I grabbed the trash bag, as I put my hand on the door knob, that still small voice said again "don't go out side."  I stopped, thinking that it was just me not wanting to go out into the snow and take out that trash.  So with trash in hand out the door I went.

As I was coming back from the trash bin, I stepped onto some black ice, down onto the ground I went, with so much pain, it took my breath away.

Since I work for the hospital, I know a little about medical conditions.  I looked, my leg was going off in another direction.  All I could do was drag myself backwards 1/2 inch at a time.  O God I need help!  He said yell for help Arlene.

I yelled help, I have broken my leg and I can't move, Please Help me, I need help bad.  I was starting to freeze to the street because I could not move myself.  Since I was in the street behind some parked cars, I was afraid someone was going to run over me or my son would find me the next morning.

After one hour and 45 minutes, I said, "Lord am I  going to die her tonight."  He said, no just close your eyes, I'll take care of the rest.  Joyce will be here soon, so I closed my eyes.  About that time a big spot light came at me, Lady are you alright.  No my leg is broken.

The policeman said, we have been looking for you for almost two hours.  Someone call this in, we could hear you were yelling but we couldn't locate you.

As they put me in the ambulance I drifted in and out of consciousness, the hospital I worked for had my emergency numbers.  The next thing I knew, I heard a voice, it was Joyce, she was talking to me saying I'm here and running her fingers through my hair, like our Dad always did when we were little kids sick.  I heard her say Arlene God is here and He is in control.

As I opened my eyes, I remembered what God told me.  I said, "thank you God I know you are going to take care of the rest, that's all I knew for two days.

Two days later when I awoke, my leg was in a cast from the top of my thigh to the bottom of my foot.  Little did I know they wanted to cut my leg off, because it was so badly broken in six places in my fibers bone, bolts and screws everywhere, my knee cap totally destroyed.  They said, I would never be able to walk again.  But God was in control, God says, "whose report are you going to believe."

After a week still unaware of my surrounds, I was sent to a rehab hospital.  One night God came to my bed side He said,  "Arlene" this is too big for you to handle on your own, give it all to me", Yes Lord, I trust you, take it all.

After one month I went home with help from my loved ones.  After two months another operation on my knee,  God brought me through that also. After three months I was fired from my job at the hospital, no insurance, no money etc God provided.  God said Arlene trust me.  At  times like this you know that you know, you  really know where to put your trust or you can't even walk by your self.

After one year of no insurance my doctor said, Arlene I cannot doctor you any longer.  you'll have to find someone else to treat you.  I was on my feet to the point of using a walker very slowly.

That very day as I got home from the doctors office, I received a call from a friend who was working at an out patient clinic.  She said, Arlene we need a person very badly who does your line of work, and your name came into my mind.  It's more money then what we make working at the hospital, so come on over here to work.  Carol and I worked together for two years before she left the hospital to go to work at the out patient clinic.

Two day's later I was going to work, no physical needed, they needed help bad.  God said He would take care of the rest of it.  Not knowing I was on a walker,or I was even in a accident, I said God, take care of the rest of it. I can't go into this job on a walker, or cane.

Every day God and I go to work and do my work together, sometimes He says Arlene sit down, I'll give you rest, After about 10 minutes, I get rested. Sometimes He will say Arlene go to the bathroom and set on the stool, this will give your rest.  God is at my job everyday, helping me, because He knows I will be the last person who prays over the doctors, instruments and patients before they go into surgery.

Every night I come home I put my leg up for rest so I can go back to work the next day.  There is so much pain I sometimes cry and Jesus always come and rubs my leg until the pain goes away.

Fast forward to 2008 God sent a big hearted, obedient servant from Gainesville, GA. to Kansas to bring total healing to me Arlene, straight from the throne of God.

June 22, 2008 Milton Martin Jr. came to Kansas with a word from God to His people..  Milton said God has just showed me a leg with a bone floating in it.  No one said anything, because we thought you had to be in person in the meeting to get healed.    da!

Sunday night June 22, meeting, Milton said, I still see that leg with a floating bone.  I Joyce called out that's my sister Arlene.  She broke her leg four years ago and they wanted to cut her leg off, but God said no.  Now the doctor is afraid of all the small bone fragments that are floating around will get into her blood stream and hit her heart and kill her.  Plus her heart needs a new main value, it is leaking blood, because the valve won't close all the way.  she's in a catch 22, heart valve and floating bone fragments.

Milton said, God just said this will not happen, because I am going to heal her completely.

Milton asked, if Arlene could get to this meeting, I said she lives and works in Kansas City Mo.   I'll tell her, He said, I don't care if she can't get here until eight P.M. God is calling her out.  Get her here.

Next night, Arlene said, Lord, I am coming for my healing you said, you would take care of the rest of it.  Now I know what that means completely, I know your are waiting for me.  As I drove through Topeka, a great anticipation came all over me.  As I walked into God's presence, they were singing "How Great is my God."  I knew He was waiting for me.

As I was sitting at the altar in God's presence waiting for God's timing, giving King Jesus all the glory that only Jesus can heal.  Milton and his wife Lynn came over to pray for me, a fire hit my whole body and a warm fire came into my leg, and electric probes started working all up and down my leg and heart.

Milton said, God just healed you completely, He just gave you a new heart.  The Holy Spirit said, walk your getting your legs back, you are like a new colt learning to walk again, you will have to gain strength and muscle in that leg again. All the way back to Kansas City that same warm fire was in my leg and all through the night.

When God said, Arlene  this is too big for you to handle on your own, give it to me, I'll take care of it, and now He has completely taken care of it.  Thank God I am healed.

Every day God and I still go to work, now He doesn't say Arlene go set down, but He stills rubs my leg at night for rest.  My strength is getting stronger and stronger, My God has the first and the last word.

Thank God for obedient servants, He can send out with His word straight from the throne.  They sometimes have to come all the way from Gainesville GA. to Topeka Kansas.
